Suzanne Stanfield, LPN
As Director of Education and a CNA Instructor, Suzanne is actively
involved in all academic programs. She has been a Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) since 2006 and has hands-on experience working with long-term care
needs patients. She leads our CNA day class and oversees curriculum
development and standardization for all courses.
Suzanne is committed to student development and learning.
Diane L. Jones
As President and owner of Prepare To Care Training Center, Inc, Diane is committed to creating a
learning environment that helps each student learn what it means to be a health care provider. Her
goal is to ensure each student goes away with skills that will allow them to be competent and caring
health care professionals.
Diane handles all of the day-to-day administrative functions for the school.
Debby Crumbley, NCPT
We stole Debby!!!
Debby came to us from one of phlebotomy clinical sites. She has over 18 years experience
as a phlebotomist, receiving her original Certificate in Phlebotomy in 1992 from
Chattanooga State Technical Community College. She later received her national
Certified Phlebotomy Technician certificate.
Debby brings a lot of knowledge and skills that are taught to each student competing
the phlebotomy technician progra,.

Shelia Green, RN
Shelia joined our staff after her daughter completed the CNA program. Shelia is our
Program Coordinator as well as one of our CNA instructors. She has been a licensed
Registered Nurse (RN) since 1999, with experience working in both long-term care
facilities as well as acute care.
Shelia works to help Prepare To Care maintain quality in education through continual
improvement.
